Refund policy
Sidekick products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong-size, or buyer's-remorse reasons. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at robert@sidekick.online within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement with our fulfillment partner. You do not need to return the defective item.
Lost or undelivered packages: If your tracking shows the package was not delivered, contact us at robert@sidekick.online within 30 days of the order date and we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
Refunds: In the rare case we cannot replace a defective item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
